Austin Halloween Critical Mass 2007
If you've seen pictures or video of this event you know it's something you DON'T want to miss! Over a hundred costumed and decorated bikers (and their wacky bike creations) riding the streets of Austin for one of the biggest mobile parties of the year!
As usual the crowd meets up at 5pm on the West Mall of UT Campus in front of the Student Union. You'll recognize us by the amazing amount of awesomeness emanating from the big group standing around next to a bunch of bikes. The ride usually leaves a little after 5:30. As usual this is a no drop ride and we try to keep everyone in one large group so you racers can slow down a bit and save the speeding for the alleycats.
The crazier your get-up the better. If you have something in your closet that you've been waiting all year to spring on us and blow our minds, now's the time to dust it off and freak Austin out. Feel free to bring dressed up pets, music makers, noise generating devices and anything else that you don't think will get us arrested. Imaginative costumes and nudity are strongly encouraged, nay, practically required! Seriously though, the most important things to bring are yourself, your bike and a good attitude.
Oh yes, it WILL be epic and if you're not there you WILL hear about it later and wish you were. So be there, sucka. Another reminder will be sent out as the date nears, but if you haven't started working on your outfit time's a-wasting!
