Social Cycling ATX Presents: Urban Night Ride - Thursday night

I fully expect 100 riders this week. If you haven’t ridden a nice, easy social ride with that many people, I recommend highly that you come out tonight. It’s awesome.

Don’t know the route this week, but once again, The Jackalope is buying our beer at the end of the ride. Grab a wristband from Brooks and bring a Valid ID to get into the bar and rehydrate after the ride the Texas way… with cold Lone Star Beer.

The Social Cycling ATX people are having another of their rapidly growing Urban Night Rides tomorrow evening. The crew (and I do mean crew, last month there were 60+) assembles on the Pfluger Bridge at 7:30pm, and departs 8ish.

This is a great ride to bring your friends on that are scared to tangle with traffic in Critical Mass but want to do a decently sized group ride that includes alcoholic libations and a fun, easy-going atmosphere. It's not so much of a pub crawl as it typically only hits 1 or 2 bars, but there's a lot of chilling and "socializing" to be had. Bring lights because it's gonna be dark, and it's starting to get warm so make sure you're hydrated.
