Second Victim in the Texas Prius/Pelletgun Massacre?

The Austinist is reporting that there MAY be a second victim of the anti-cyclingPEOPLE Prius that shot a biker earlier this month. This incident happened May 2nd, the day after the Southwest Parkway shooting. As Jason Goodrich was walking near the intersection of 3rd and Nueces when was shot from behind by a pellet gun, which grazed his arm and drew blood, but didn't cause serious injury. Here's what he says about what he saw next:

"When I got shot, I turned and looked and saw two cars, one of which was a light blue Prius," he wrote. "Because I didn't know which car it was and because I was in a bit of shock, I wasn't able to write down the license plate and I didn't contact the police. I just sent the police an e-mail now that I've seen that I'm not the only one."

"I mean, I guess it's nice they're concerned about the welfare of our planet," he added. "But it would be nice if they could stop shooting people that live on it."
