How should I build up my Cross-Check?

I just purchased a CrossCheck frame and would like some input on how to build it up. I am building it as a commuter for work and groceries and bar hopping. I want to put fenders and racks on it. If you know of any good racks or fenders, post the links here. I already have been looking into Honjo fenders and CETMA racks. I think the drivetrain is going to be 10spd double. Give me some advise on how to build this beast up. Thanks!
