There's also Willits (Wes Williams, google him), but they specialize in 29er bikes. True Fabrication is another in-town builder who knows their stuff. I've seen some of their mountain bikes, but they also do road, touring, fixed gear, etc. Finally, if you're looking for a 26" cruiser, there's none better than a Firemans Texas Cruzer. They've been building them for a while and they're always badass.
