AWESOME Bicycle PSA from NYC, and other out-of-state Goodness

With the big Bicycle Theft Resolution Subcommittee/State of Cycling in Austin meeting happening tomorrow we should mention that maybe more public education PSA/programs like this would get the safety message across a little better than solely increasing ticketing:

In other out-of-state news, as of last week Louisiana's governor signed into law their brand new three-foot passing law. Just goes to show that the governor of LOUISIANA is more socially-minded and politically forward-thinking than his oh-so-elegantly coiffed colleague in the Texas Governor's mansion. Oops, nevermind...
