Video footage from the Full Moon Cruise incident, plus pictures of the offender

First off, thanks a million for capturing this on video. Even though it doesn't show the driver striking a cyclist, it does show them dangerously and agressively charging their car through a large mass of bikers, and then speed off once he cleared them. I also received more information about what happened on the scene. Here are Bob's words (to accompany the video) about the situation:

EMS came to inspect for injuries.
Bikes and car were examined for damages.
Many questions were answered concerning falls, scrapes, injuries, extent of injuries, and pain from injuries.
Research of relevant statutes occurred from patrol car computers.
A designated DWI officer arrived and administered a Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test followed by heel to toe line walk test.
From the first two deputies to the multiple APD officers all were very interested in charging the driver with every applicable violation.
Every one of the law enforcement and EMS personnel were courteous, compassionate, and professional.
When we left the scene the perp and police were still there.

I wanted to follow this information up with a comment on yesterday's posting that was left earlier this morning:

i couldn't help but call apd and inquire about what was reported. i just talked to the detective and learned that the driver was in fact pulled over a few blocks away and given a field sobriety test and released but not before being given a citation for fleeing the scene. at this point in time he has not been charged with anything else because the 2 guys hit by the car reported no injury and no damages totalling $200+. the detective said they will be contacting the 2 guys involved in the next few days to follow up and that it is NOT uncommon for injury and damages to be recorded at a later date which would be sufficient for upgrading charges to vehicular assault. so... 2 guys... whoever you are... or if someone knows them... you've got probably one more day to get your bike checked out and figure out if you sustained any injury... if so, this guy can be charged with assault and a warrant will be issued for his arrest. it only has to be $200+ or any sort of injury.

WOW! So it sounds like they're actually taking the case seriously, and will prosecute if the damages done are enough to classify as "vehicular assault". THANK YOU APD and TCSD! This is music to my ears! IF ANY OF YOU who were struck by this driver were injured, or your bikes were damaged in ANY way, please come forward and call the police. $200 can add up quick when it comes to scraped bike components or torn clothing, so if you've suffered due to his malicious actions, CALL THE POLICE. This guy is a serious menace and the fact that he's still on the streets is insane. And finally for everyone's viewing pleasure:
