This months' incarnation of Frankenbike takes place in the frozen recesses of north Austin, up at Buck's Bikes on 183 where only the most stalwart two-wheeled travelers dare to tread. The event runs from noon 'till 4pm Saturday the 25th. It's free to buy or sell so if you've got some crap you need to get rid of, bring it along with a blanket or table to display it on, and if you need that wacky 8-speed indexed thumbie shifter from the early 90s, this is the place to find one. Bring cash.
Folks, don't let the 183 address put you off-- the back way up Jollyville is easy and friendly.
Thanks for pointing this out Jeff. I've never ridden that far north (in that direction) and was wondering the best way up there.
about 3 miles from my new place.....anyone riding up here, can come by my place for drinks afterwards
