Looking for good Samaritans on someone elses behalf

I just received the following email from Ginnie M regarding a collision she was involved in last Saturday evening. She's on the lookout for several people who stopped and helped her out, but due to her state she didn't record their names:

I had a bike crash on Satuday night around 10 on Duval. There were a couple of people who really helped me out and got an ambulance and made sure I was doing ok. Sadly, I either never got any names or if I did I can't remember them. All I do remember is there was a guy in a red shirt who was a former EMT. Do you know of any way to try and hunt down people to thank or where one could make a post trying to find these people?

If anyone knows anything or were involved in this, please let Ginnie know. Another good place for this request would be the local missed connections section of Craigslist. I know several people who have connected with someone through that page, so you might want to try your luck there.
