Cross Catastrophy Race

Last one, for now. I'm going to steal an idea that someone's already done and make it my own. "Cross" style race, only because it's mostly off-road. It will be the entire hike and bike and then some, so I recommend NOT riding a fixie with narrow, slick tires. Of course, you can do it, I just don't recommend it. Ask Whitney Moyer about listening to my advice. here's the deal:

* Date: May 18th (Sunday)
* Time: 9 pm
* Cost: $5
* Prizes: Cash and some others. I promise it will be worth your while.
* Costumes: Naturally, assuming Kris and Nutt show up
* Danger Level: Medium
* Fun Level: Through the roof!

I'll post a location (besides just "hike and bike") as soon as I find out about it but this sounds like my kinda race! Hopefully I'll have the new SS 'cross bike done by then...
