Brian Birzer - Another Rider Down!

Woah, just heard some more harrowing news. Our good friend Brian Birzer (one of the badass photographers who shoots the local events) got nailed by a car last weekend! Wow, this is the 4th major accident I've heard about and the month's only a third of the way over. Bike month indeed! That doesn't mean the bikes are extra points, peeps. Anyway, Brian sent me the following message with an appeal for any eye witnesses to get a hold of him...

Hey jason

May is cursed.

I woke up in Breckenridge last Saturday after getting hit by a car at 4th and trinity – nest to the convention center.
I managed to break a couple facial bones and sustain a concussion (yes I was wearing a helmet).
while I will say that I am still recovering, Sean Kelley is a miracle worker with his Cranial Sacral therapy, which helped get my eye socket realigned (!).

Anyway I don’t remember the accident, but I understand there were a lot of witnesses (around 1:30 last Saturday 3 May) I don’t know if a shout out on your site will help find witnesses, I thought I’d let you know the story.
