News on the Full Moon Cruise - WE HAVE A LEADER!
I just got word from the good people in charge that this month's Full Moon Cruise has a LEADER! This time around keep an eye out for Whiteside, and if you get past him slow it down a bit. It's not like it's a race or anything, it's a cruise, and there's no prize for first finisher.
If you happen to be going to the Bikes Rock Austin party beforehand and want to make the Full Moon Cruise, never fear! We're going to be leading a ride from the party to the bridge after the bands wrap up, and meeting up with the rest of the riders before departing for locations unknown to me. Want to know where we're going? Ask Whiteside!
worst full moon cruise I've been on to date. we stop at every fucking light now? come on that sucked balls. if this is the way the full moon cruise is going to be from now on then I'm out.
fixed gears are like butt holes, every one has one.
The one I went on, we only stopped at a few lights, perhaps six or so? And it gave the stragglers a chance to regroup. It's not all about #1, after all ...
All in all, I thought Whiteside did a fine job.
Must have been a different one you were on because we stopped over 7 times. At least 4 of those were for over 20 minutes.
Not the stops in general. At least as long as I've been on it, the ride has had a number of fairly long stops -- but that's not what I was talking about.
Whiteside did seem to keep the length of the stops down a bit, which is good. I recall one previous month where we rode three whole miles -- then stopped for forty five minutes.
