Just a heads up on the non-crack-down. UTPD is out collecting involuntary donations from cyclists on the corner of 21st and Speedway as we speak. Let everyone know to check their 6, their 3, and their 911.

Looks like the UTPD is rolling out the red carpet for their cycling students, traffic ticket style!

Speaking of students, today is the first critical mass ride of the new semester, so expect LOTS of new riders and people back from break. Please be considerate of the other traffic out there, try to stay to the right whenever possible, and slow it down in the front so we can keep the mass together. We're not in a race, there's no prize at the end. Have fun with it, but don't get it so strung out it becomes dangerous. Chalo had a few good observations about last month's ride along these lines, I just wanted to echo the sentiment again before we take to the streets in about 4 hours.
