New indoor BMX/Skate park off of South Lamar

Any of y'all been out here yet? It's just a few addresses north of Golden Corral, and from the look of the video is pretty well set up:

Not that we get a lot of rain here, but I expect to see this place go crazy when the colder months roll around. Decent alternative to 9th St/pump tracks, or grom city? You decide...
