Austin Framebuilders' Happy Hour @ Doc's - Social ride afterwards!

Elliott McFadden, editor of A2W and the big cheese/designer/fabricator behind Violet Crown Cycles is organizing and hosting an Austin Framebuilders' Happy Hour next Monday starting around 5:30pm at Doc's:

This is open to builders, aspiring builders, people interested in owning a custom frame, or really anyone wanting to glean better insight into the exciting world of custom bicycle fabrication. They'll also be giving out more information about the upcoming 2009 Texas Custom Bicycle Show. Following the event there's going to be a social ride, so stick around afterwards to see some custom rigs in action!

Thanks for organizing this Elliot. I've been keeping it pretty tight under wraps, but I'm having a custom frame built and am really excited about the opportunity to have the exact bike I've been dreaming of brought to fruition. I'll probably show up just to shoot the shit with some of the locals, but if you have even a passing interest in the growing world of custom frame building, show up next week and see what's up.
