I has a computer

First off, thanks to EVERYONE who offered monitors, cases, components, laptops, and all the other assistance you offered to provide as soon as I sent out word that Yellow Bike Project had been ripped off. Between this website, my mailing list and the bicycleaustin.info list we got over A DOZEN people offer up hardware or assistance. All of you are tops in my book!

So yesterday I went in and set up a donated laptop with a cable lock to replace the one that was stolen last Thursday. The thing's anchored with a cinderblock, so hopefully that'll deprive those meddling kids from absconding with another ill-gotten laptop. It looked like everything was back to working and people were able to sign in to the main Yellow Bike Volunteer Database so I think everyone's happy. In the words of some guy who was a real shit shot with a Mini14 (I swear did anyone ever actually DIE on that show?), I love it when a plan comes together!

Ok, you guys can stop emailing me about computer parts now! :)
