ATXBPSC presents: Sunday Afternoon Bike Polo at Eastwoods Park!

The Austin Texas Bike Polo Social Club host regular games of Bike Polo at Eastwoods Park every Sunday afternoon starting at 2pm. Just look for the sweaty bikers near the tennis courts.

All you need to bring with you is your bike and a sporting attitude, all the rest will be provided. BYOB is also welcome, and if you bring some to share you'll make a lot of new friends. The local club lists the rules of the game on their website, but they're easily explained on-site if you lack the ability to read.

It's been a little while since I've actually made it out and PLAYED some polo, but as the weather's been getting nicer I've been feeling the itch again. I think today's the day. But before polo, I think I'm gonna go tear up Walnut Creek on the 1x1. Talk about the PERFECT trail for a single speed mountain bike...
