One lonely bike left at the Tour de Fat

Yesterday evening I received an email from a guy named Rico who'd biked by the Tour de Fat site during the day and saw a lone bike still hanging from the fence near the intersection of Chicon and Jesse E. Segovia:

If that bike's yours, go get it! Hopefully it's owned by someone who had a little too much of a good time there and forgot to grab their bike on the way out, or maybe that's the new bike winner's bike. Who knows. I can see a U-Lock in there but I don't know how well it's secured so if you recognize your bike, I'd suggest you get it with a quickness.
