WAR RIDE XXXVI - It's finally Winter. Kinda.

The every-other-week Wednesday Assault Ride is gearing up for their 36th foray into the Austin bar scene and traffic landscape. The theme this time around? WINTER!

Looks like the first cool front of the year descended today. But, looking at the weather on Wednesday, it could be warm or cold. That is Texas weather for you. If you don't like it...just wait...it'll change.

Each of the establishments on the week's WAR can be enjoyed both in and out of doors. So, we are covered. Make sure to bring your lights. It's dark and a lot of the teenagers will be lining up to see the new Twilight movie. Keep away from those vampires!

Sounds like a downtown affair for this ride. Shoal Creek Saloon serves up some tasty food, so get there early for grub or late for riding. Either way, it should be a good time.
