T-8 hours until CRITICAL MASS!

BLACK FRIDAY! The name strikes terror in the hearts of the poor retailers forced to work the biggest shopping day of the year, conjuring up images of the great unwashed masses pressing at the gates at an ungodly hour, searching for the best "deal" amongst the overwhelming abundance of overpriced crap. And yet, if you're a cyclist then you know the Friday after Thanksgiving by another name entirely...

That's right y'all, it's the last Friday of the month, and you know what that means. 5pm on the UT West Mall is the place to be, and since nearly everyone has the day off and the streets are going to be relatively clear, expect a different ride than normal. If you have relatives still hanging around, put them on your spare bike and bring them along! It'll be a good time, the traffic should be light, and the police will hopefully still be stuck in a post-holiday dinner malaise.
