If Tuesday Guerrilla Polo, Thursday Night Polo and Sunday Afternoon Polo just ISN'T enough bike polo for you, then look what's happening down south in just a few short hours...

Southsiders, listen up ya'll! - While suffering my way through the cold and rain on last night's Heavy Metal Fitness Ride a beacon emerged from the darkness. It came to me as in a dream.

Bright shining lights, clean flat courts, and more fence than you can shake a mallet at -- Joslin Park at 4500 Manchaca Road will be the official home of South Side Happy Hour Bike Polo.

I thought it was a bit ambitious to try and get this thing going for tonight on such short notice, but the masses disagreed...

...Let's consider tonight a dry-run (in spite of the weather). If all goes well this will be a weekly game on Tuesday evenings for those of who can't stay up for Midnight Guerrilla Polo, but still want to get our game on in between the Sunday and Thursday outings.

For future iterations we'll try to provided some mallets, as for tonight bring any extra gear you might have.
