Frankenstereo 3000 is complete!
The madness that has consumed me the past couple days is finally over:
After the original trailer mount system failed during fabrication (aka. we broke it with a cinderblock and our monkey strength) we halfassed another one together out of the remains of the old trailer, a couple parts of a busted lawn mower, and some 11th hour hardware from Lowes. Seriously, we got in there 10 minutes before they closed for the holidays.
This thing is loud and it runs for a long time. Tomorrow should fairly well be awesome. If you're in town come to Critical Mass. It'll be a good time and you'll be glad you did. 5pm on the UT West Mall. I've got presents.
Oh yeah, and it's 3:07am so MERRY CHRISTMAS AUSTIN BIKE PEOPLES! Life's good when you can ride 365 days a year, eh?
That is one sweet bike stereo Jason! I can't wait to see this thing in action out on a ride soon when I get back to Austin. "The wind has blown other news my way" of some other local bike-building-madness that everyone can expect to see out on the streets soon... until then, happy holidays folks!

I hadn't run it that long or that loud yet and everything worked perfectly, I was real happy with the stereo. Sorry for stealing your thunder and drowning out all the other setups, though I dug the Bob trailer rig. What a great ride, it went all over the place and everyone got up from the wrecks. Can't ask for too much more than that.
