I just got word from Sarah that there's going to be another YO!Ga Ride tomorrow night, meeting 'round 7pm at Fiesta Gardens near 35. Check out this EASY PACED cruise if you want to toe the water with a group ride but don't want fast or huge JUST yet...
Sorry guys, this is totally last minute once again. I'll try to be better about getting this out earlier in the coming weeks. We're going to do the second yoga ride TOMORROW, TUESDAY NIGHT, and we're hoping to make this a weekly thing!
Where and What: We will meet up @ Fiesta Gardens area near the interstate bridge. Be there at 7ish, we'll leave around 7:30ish. We're gonna take a short ride around the east side, find a spot and get our stretch on. We are still looking for a good home for the class. Last week was a bit squished, so we're trying out a new spot this week...
What to bring: strap your mat to your back or bike, bring some water, make sure your bike has lights... If you don't have a mat, bring a towel or small blanket. If you have extra mats, help a yogi out and bring them with you.This class is SUPER BEGINNER FRIENDLY and totally FREE. The idea is to stretch out the muscles we use for riding bikes and strengthen those non-peddling muscles too. Think relaxation and restoration. This is not a kick your ass, twist you into a pretzel type of class. It is understood that you have to get back on your bikes after this and we're not looking to hurt anyone! Come on!
