I really wanted that bag..I had to end up with a Ranchero which I dont like so much. Got the same color though. Looks sick.
One of the straps on my current backpack has been separating for awhile now. My wife said I should replace it, but I haven't gotten around to hitting the stores yet.
I wonder if I could talk her into one of these instead...
I just got mine on Monday (I think the last grey one in the smallest size)! I fucking love it. Much better than the messenger style. Great going on the HUGE reduction in price, but still a deal at 7 1/2 times that.
Yeah I've got one of their large messenger bags and a pair of the shins. Chrome is one of the few companies I don't mind paying a decent price for, since not only are they rugged and awesome; they're both designed and made in the US. I just happened to get a deal because I've been saving my commuter incentive bucks for the past 6 months (we can cash out every quarter for gift certificates) and had $150 in BSS credit to burn.
I've got an implant in the center of my chest that gets irritated by the buckle on the messenger bags, so this was exactly what I needed. It may be a little bit big (90% of the time the medium would have been fine) but I like having the extra space for when I need it. You know, like quick runs to the store for a case of beer...
