Social Cycling ATX presents: Thursday Night Social Ride-Hot Shit Series Part 1 At Club Deville

The Thursday Night Social Ride is coming up again tomorrow and it looks like we're headed back to Club DeVille for more dancing and DJ excellence. Be down under the I-35 bridge around 7:30pm tomorrow to get in on the action, and here's what the action entails:

Alright Everyone, Club Deville http://www.clubdeville.com/ is inviting us back and that can mean only one thing... actually two. Dance party and beer.

WHERE AND WHEN: Our new meeting spot is just East of the 1-35 bridge on the North side of the river and so far has is getting rave reviews. So it's back there again this week. We meet at around 7:30 and leave a bit after 8.

WHAT: As per usual, a great ride around town. Maybe if someone brings their music bike, we can have a little dance warm up at Goevalle park /Givens park or wherever we end up.

HOW: Social Cycling Rides go down this. We follow the traffic laws as best we can. We ride AS traffic and NOT AGAINST IT. That is to say, we stop at red lights, we stay in one lane as best we can and we let cars pass. We are nice to our fellow riders... it's a SOCIAL RIDE. We also don't mess with, harass or do any other idiotic stuff to the cars we share the road with. If you have a problem with that, come see me and I'll explain why this is the case.

WHAT YOU NEED: LIGHTS, LIGHTS, LIGHTS (seriously, for both front and back of your bike), a lock, an ID if you plan on attending the dance party and TIP MONEY FOR EVERY FREE BEER THAT YOU HAVE.
