Cyclist hit by car in Kyle with life-threatening injuries

Just after 7am this morning a cyclist was hit in Kyle, TX while cycling alongside on-coming traffic (aka. the wrong way):

Damn, I hope the dude recovers. He was commuting to his job as a CO at the state pen when I car swerved to avoid a rapidly braking vehicle and went onto the shoulder. Remember y'all, always travel WITH traffic. Not only is it the law, it's a really good idea. CarVelocity-BikeVelocity < CarVelocity+BikeVelocity, you know what I mean?
