Prop 1 PASSED! And there was much rejoicing (and groaning)!

Good news folks, the local voters turned out in droves and managed to get Prop 1 passed! This all-or-nothing bond is going to cost $90 million, 50 of which is going into road improvements, the rest is being split between pedestrian and bicycle improvements. FREAKING AWESOME!
