Cyclist found dead in Givens Park near bicycle.

KVUE is reporting that APD found a body in a ditch in Givens Park this morning, laying near a bicycle. Here's what they've got to say about it:

There is a developing story out of East Austin, where police tell KVUE News they are trying to identify a body found in a ditch early Monday morning in Givens Park. A bicycle was also spotted nearby.

Police believe either the person fell off the bike, or was startled by a vehicle, then dropped a few feet into a ditch.

Police say they do not consider this suspicious or foul play.
