Harvest Moon Madness!

Last nights ride was a good time. Turns out it was the 25th (annual) Moonlight Cruze, I had no idea it'd been going that long. As I said the ride was a blast, ~20 miles give or take and it finished on top of a parking garage. The night ended on a slightly sour note when the police showed up at the parking garage we were hanging out on top of and on the way down a biker (Russel of recent pedicab hit-n-run fame) got hit by an officer on his way up, smashing his windshield and resulting in a pissed-off cop. It looks like Russel ended up going to Brackenridge to get 10 stitches and being released without being ticketed. Simon was the only person to receive a ticket, which was issued for an open container violation. Since it was occuring on private property he wasn't sure how the law applied, if anyone in the know has any info, holla!
