Frankenbike #38 - The one with a few MINOR changes...

So the old Frankenbike that was going to be going on a week from Saturday, well, isn't. They just announced a few changes to the line-up, including its' cancellation. On the plus side, there are going to be TWO, yes, TWO Frankenbike swap-meets in October, and they've announced the times, dates and locations for the next FOUR Frankenbikes in advance. Talk about planning! Here's all the dirt:
