There IS such a thing as a free lunch

Free burgers in downtown Austin. This just started happening about an hour ago.

Free Lunch on Thursday!

The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption will be giving away hamburgers this Thursday, September 25th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Regents’ Plaza (NW corner of 6th and Colorado). Sponsored by Wendy’s this event is to raise interest and encourage donations to the Foundation. While no minimum donation is required to receive a free burger and a Coke Zero, anyone making a donation to the Foundation will also receive a free Frosty! Every burger will be cooked to order onsite. This is a non-profit event and there will be no charge for anything. Donations are encouraged, but they are not necessary to participate.

Just what you need to fuel your mid-day bike ride. GET IT!
