Memorial Benefit for Chris Davis

Some of you knew Chris Davis, the cyclist who was slain last weekend in East Austin while commuting home on his bicycle. There is going to be a Memorial Benefit/Safety Forum a week from Sunday at the Alamo Drafthouse South location in his honor:

If you knew him or even if you didn't, please show up to pay your respects, donate what you can, and commune with your fellow cyclists over the death of one of our own. There's a $5 suggested donation at the door, but I'm sure they wouldn't turn anyone away if you're hard-up for cash.
