Social Cycling ATX presents: Wednesday PLEASURE Ride!

The good Mr. Ric Reyes of the Social Cycling ATX fold has blessed us with ANOTHER ride, this time happening on Wednesday night: The Pleasure Ride! Though still falling under the Social Cycling umbrella this event is geared even more towards beginners, people just getting back on the ride, or you freak pinko commie inverts who don't like mingling with HUNDREDS of drunken cyclists every time you go to a group event. It starts earlier, the ride will be shorter, and the final stop is more restaurant-oriented than "get crunk and shake dat ass"...

The Pleasure Ride is a nice leisurely ride through town. This ride is perfect for newer riders and experienced riders who just want to cruise around. The concept is simple; we meet up, we mingle, we ride, and then we stop somewhere for a late dinner/snack.

Since there are plenty of other rides where you can put down 15+ miles during the week this ride will be short and sweet. We'll put down between 3-7 miles depending on how the group feels. This is a no-drop ride.

Please bring with you a bike in working order, LIGHTS!!!, water, spare tubes, and a helmet is always a good idea.

We meet at the Festivel Beach Parking Lot(corner of Chicon and Jesse E. Segovia http://goo.gl/maps/Kdil ) at 6:30PM and leave soon after. Seriously. The ride will be gone before 7. This ride will end at Frank's. www.hotdogscoldbeer.com
