ATXBPSC presents: Polo Bike Race!

Mr. Nicely wanted me to get this one on the calendar for tomorrow. On top of the usual 2pm (is) polo games at Eastwoods Park, there's going to be a RACE that night, meeting around 10pm in the same place. Here are the details:

"POLO BIKE RACE! If you play bike polo, used to play, or just have a low geared bike, this is the scratch style alleycat for you! $3 entry fee, winner takes half the cash and a brand new 144 BCD Bling Ring! The race starts this sunday night -10:15pm- at Eastwoods Park, directly after sunday pick-up polo. AFTER PARTY at 3009 E. 13th St, where race proceeds will supply beer, but you should bring backup! Dance your ass off with the sexiest polo kids this side of the missisip!...Oh, and if you have gears, they're getting zip-tied down!"

That sounds pretty freaking sweet. Low geared single speed alleycat race, and for only 3 bones.
