Austin Facial Hair Club presents: BEARDED BIKE BATTLE! Hirsute hijinks and free booze to raise money for the AFHC!

Lots of fun stuff coming up over the next week including this badass sounding event from the Austin Facial Hair Club:

BEARDED BIKE BATTLE presented by the Austin Facial Hair Club. Our first annual poker-style alley cat bike race will be featuring mystery checkpoints, absurd obstacles, and other twisted surprises. Slowest or fastest, you can still win.

Sunday June 12th. Meet/Start at Waterloo Park. Register at 4:30pm. Race at 5pm.
$10 covers your race entry, giving you a shot at the large collection of badass prizes (Urban Assault Ride team entry, bottle of Republic Tequila [must be 21+], prizes from SURLY bikes, East Side Peddle Pushers, AFHC, and more.).

Your admission also gets you into the end party at the finish line, and covers your complimentary adult beverages (Dos Equis beer and Republic Tequila margaritas).

After afterparty at The Grackle once the beverages run out.

This fundraiser is to support the AFHC in our efforts to compete in The 2011 National Beard and Moustache Championship in Lancaster, PA this October.
