So William Kern got hit by a truck tonight. Down on South Lamar, he was in the Phonecia parking lot and a guy headed northbound was on his phone in traffic, slammed on his brakes, lost control and cut across the oncoming lanes of traffic, ending up in the parking lot and hitting Will from behind. He did a flip and a half and got pretty busted up. He's currently in Brackenridge, hurting but hanging in there. Send good thoughts his way.
I'll keep everyone posted as he lets me know what's up. The driver stopped and Will got all his info, so it's not as bad as it could be but a broken back and a fucked up left side isn't a happy thing. Seriously, whatever you believe in, get in touch and put a word in on Will's behalf.

I purchased columbia fleece to replace one I had lost. I had the other one for 9 years and loved it. I used to bring it with me on airlines because it was so small when packed. I used it as a pillow or unpacked it and put it on when cold. The only change I would have on this new one is a loop that you could use to hang on your belt. My old one had it and was nice. I am not sure why Columbia Jackets took it off. Anyhow, well worth the money.
