Doug just posted up a Facebook event for the Moon Tower Tour happening this weekend, so I figure I should get off my ass and actually post it to the Calendar. Check out what's going down this Saturday evening:

Note that this is the night that daylight savings time switches, so you get an extra hour. Why not spend that extra hour on your bike?
This really isn't a "Full Moon Cruise" ride -- the full moon happens a few days later -- but I figured it would interest many of the full moon riders, and I didn't find an actual event on Facebook for it, so here we go.
In the past, the ride has been about 25 miles or so, but who knows? If you're wondering what you might be in store for, here's some pictures of past rides that may or may not give some ideas --

My friend Max is running the action and also generated the dope flyer that's attached above. The route he's set up takes us by all 15 remaining towers, and I think a couple spots where the old towers used to stand. Saturday night on the Lamar Pedestrian Bridge at around 11:30pm is when and where you want to be if you want to do this thing. Bring your riding legs and plenty of beverages. People get thirsty.
