DRUNGO ICE HOUSE CYCLIST APPRECIATION DAY

Hello!

My name is Sarah Moak and I am Marketing Director for Drungo Ice House. I am going to be hosting a 'Bicycle/Cyclist Appreciation' event on Noveber 21 at Drungo and I would like to have soe additional advice as to who should involve in the event.
Basically, I am going to be collaborating with several businesses in the area for this event and will be advertising it via newspaper, fliers, and radio....Drungo is centrally located and has good food & drink specials, free wifi and pool. Also we have a spacious patio that is great for meetings.gatherings, etc. Give me a call and feel free to stop by..2828 Rio Grande. We will be raffling off several bicycles, some bad ass U-locks, gift certificates, etc. Does anyone have any ideas or input that they could offer me in regards to making this event reach out to more of our biking community?
