Snot and Tears - COLD WEATHER Alleycat

Brought to you by the wrenches of the Paper Street Bicycle Club, here's another one of those zany alleycat races that all the kids these days go crazy over:

$10 buck entry fee, but that covers you for after-race beer and pizza on top of all the badass prizes these guys have gotten together. Race meets at Drungo Ice House at 2828 Rio Grande at 6pm. Be there a little early to sign up, because the first 10 people get a freebie. Here's all the dirt straight from Nic:

after race party/jam/competition/debauchery
all for ten bucks !
first 10 racers signed up get free "KNOG" lights
its gonna be dark so bring lights,and youll need a camera, any bike will work
and there will be a magical floating bonus checkpoint worth 50 bucks

Wheels, frames, bars, 50 bucks CASH?!? DAMN! I'm definitely racing this one.

Update: One more note from the organizers, urging everyone to BRING A BAG:

The brave souls that are participating in the SNOT and TEARS race will need a bag... Errr.. A bag to transport a package in (messenger, backpack, hell a big purse, we don't care). Without giving to much of the details away racers will be issued a package ( imagine that a package at a messenger race) and it will have to be carried during the race. Racers don't worry its not the size of a refrigerator but, your life will be a whole lot easier with a bag... ( to carry the package).
