That's what I forgot to throw on the calendar! Thanks for the reminder guys:

The Bicycle Advisory Council is one of your greatest avenues into the system with regards to bicycle issues in and around Austin. Not only do you get to meet with the citizen council made up of a lot of the movers and shakers in the cycling community, but you also get to talk to the excellent representatives from Austin's Bicycle and Pedestrian Program. The meeting occurs on the third Thursday of every month (Jan 15th), 6:30pm at One Texas Center (505 Barton Springs Road) in the 8th Floor conference room.

These meetings are open to all, so if you have something cycling-related that you're concerned with or want the city to address, show up and mention it! Here's what was on the plate for last months' meeting, if you want to get a general idea of the issues we cover. Hope to see some more friendly faces around the table, we'll have free coffee this Thursday thanks to Ben at Juan Pelota Cafe.
