Black 3M Reflective Tape for my Bike

Hey, i've been searching everywhere for some decently priced BLACK 3M reflective tape. The ones on ebay and amazon are either really expensive or are low quality. All the other ones are whole salers and sell massive amounts. Anybody know if i'll be able to find some tape that will cost less than $40 to cover my entire bike? Thanks!
... as being black is pretty much the definition of not reflecting much light.
In short, I'll bet even the expensive stuff is low quality (doesn't reflect well, at least not compared to light colored reflective tape.)
I know, i wanted it to match the rest of my bike during the day. Either way, anybody have any good sources of black reflective tape?
